Tonight's Guest: Reagan Roberts Reagan founded Mission Essential Gear was founded in August of 2019. He served as a United States Marine and started the company while still on Active Duty. During his last year on active duty he was taken off deployment and took this time to start his vision of a company out of the garage of his home. During all of this Reagan was going to college full time to get his bachelors degree in business and attending an evening fire academy to set himself up with a career after military service. The most recent portion of Reagan’s business ventures has led to starting a Nonprofit to give back to the Military, Fire/EMS, and Law Enforcement communities. Out of his own pocket, the past few years Reagan has sent thousands of care packages overseas to forward deployed units.
